How to check my email

We use G Suite to handle MaidQuick’s email accounts. Here are three methods you can use to access to your email.

Using a web browser

  1. Visit Gmail using any web browser.
  2. Use the following credentials to log in:
    • Email: Your company email address (e.g. youremail@maidquick.com).
    • Password: The email account’s password.

Using the Gmail app (recommended)

Alternatively, you can download and install the free Gmail app on your device and use the same credentials to gain access. This is by far the most convinient method.

  1. Download and install the Gmail app from your device’s App Store.
  2. Open the Gmail app and follow promps to add your account. If you already had the app installed for use with a different email account just click on your profile picture (top right) and click on the “Add another account” link.
  3. Select “Google” on the “Set up email” screen.
  4. Use the following credentials to log in:
    • Email: Your company email address (e.g. youremail@maidquick.com).
    • Password: The email account’s password

Using a different email client

Use the settings below to configure your mail client manually.

Username: youremail@maidquick.com
Password: The email account’s password.
Incoming Server: giow1122.siteground.us
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: giow1122.siteground.us
SMTP Port: 465
